- The most clear results were provided by the study in which simple reaction times were measured for donors of blood derivates (platelets). Again, it was a double blind experiment. During the computer measurement of reaction times neither experimental subject, nor experimentator were aware about results of serological test for toxoplasmosis. It was evident that infected subjects had longer reaction times than the controls. A more detail analysis of the results showed that in the first minute of the test the psychomotor performance of Toxoplasma-infected and Toxoplasma-free subjects was nearly same, however, the decrease of performance occurred earlier (in the second minute of the test) in the infected subjects then in the controls.
