It does not include the Conference Dinner, nor the hotel expenses. The applicants should send their inquiries and applications (with a brief motivation and, where relevant, a student ID) to the following three email addresses:
    "Lucie Musilova, Conference Secretariat" <gwfr2012@itctravel.cz>
    karel.kovar@pbl.nl
    zbynek_hrkal@vuv.cz

The subject text of your email should be:
    GwFR2012, application for support, YOUR NAME

The applicants should proof that they are registered as regular students during the year 2012, or academic year 2011-2012. The student fee applications should be received before 15 December 2011.

Preference will be given to authors (students) presenting their work at the conference, orally or by means of a poster. Please send your application only after you have submitted your abstract via the conference web site.

The applicants (students) will be informed by the organizers, as to whether their request for a reduced fee was granted, between 15 December 2011 and 15 January 2012. Once you have received the permission for the reduced student fee, please use the Online Registration Form, and make the relevant payment (details via webpage Registration and Booking).

The available number of reduced-fee for students is limited, to be accepted on the first-come first served basis.

Reduced Conference Fee for Participants from Economically Weak Countries

The organizers will provide a reduced conference registration fee for participants from economically weak countries, including those from the former “eastern European” countries (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Baltic countries, Russia, etc.). The applicants should send their inquiries and applications (with a brief motivation) to the following three email addresses:
    "Lucie Musilova, Conference Secretariat" <gwfr2012@itctravel.cz>
    karel.kovar@pbl.nl
    zbynek_hrkal@vuv.cz

The subject text of your email should be:
    GwFR2012, application for support, YOUR NAME

The applications should be received before 15 December 2011.

As the support can be only a reduced fee or full-fee waiver, please do not apply for support if you would need also support for travel and accommodation. We regret but such support is not available.

Preference will be given to authors presenting their work at the conference, orally or by means of a poster. Please send your application only after you have submitted your abstract via the conference web site.

The applicants will be informed by the organizers, as to whether their request for a reduced fee was granted, before 31 January 2012. There will be three possibilities:
– full waivement of the fee (“zero fee”);
– requirement to pay a partial fee;
– requirement to pay the full fee.
Once you have received the information from us, please fill in and send the Registration Form. If relevant, make the payment (details via webpage Registration and Booking).

Exchange rate CZK – EUR

In March 2011, the exchange rate between Czech Crown (CZK) and euro (EUR) was about 24.5 (1 EUR = 24.5 CZK). It is stressed that the fee payments are in Czech Crowns and hence – due to variation in the exchange rate – the euro equivalent of the fee amount changes in time.
