Registration Fee (Reduced Fee)
The early registration fee, till December 31, 2008, will be EUR 550; the
late fee to be EUR 660.
The fee includes a copy of the prepublished proceedings, refreshments
(coffee breaks) and lunches during four conference days, the Welcome Drink
and the Conference Dinner. The fee will not cover hotel expenses.
Reduced Conference Fee for Students
The reduced registration fee for students will be EUR 330. The payment of
this fee must be received on December 31, 2008, at the latest. After
December 31, the students pay the regular late fee (EUR 660).
The student fee includes a copy of the prepublished proceedings,
refreshments (coffee breaks) and lunches during four conference days, and
the Welcome Drink (Sunday, April 19, 2009). It does not include the
Conference Dinner, nor the hotel expenses. The applicants should send their
inquiries and applications (with a brief motivation and, where relevant, a

The applicants should proof they are registered as regular students during
the year 2009, or academic year 2008-2009. The student fee applications
should be received before November 15, 2008.
Preference will be given to authors (students) presenting their work at the
conference, orally or by means of a poster.
The applicants (students) will be informed by the organizers, as to whether
their request for a reduced fee was granted, between November 15 and
December 15, 2008. Once you have received the permission for the reduced student fee, please
use the Online Registration Form, and make the relevant payment (details
via webpage Registration and Booking).
The available number of reduced-fee for students is limited, to be accepted
on the first-come first served basis.
Reduced Conference Fee for Participants from Economically Weak Countries
The organizers will provide a reduced conference registration fee for
participants from economically weak countries, including those from the
former “East-Europe” countries. In a limited number of cases, also the
accommodation during the conference will be provided. The applicants should
send their inquiries and applications (with a brief motivation) to the
