- technical sessions: oral presentations, plenary (in one lecture hall)
- technical sessions: poster session 1 (also plenary visit to posters late afternoon)

Tuesday, April 21, 2009:
- registration
- technical sessions: oral presentations, parallel in two lecture halls
- technical sessions: poster session 1 (continuation)

Tuesday, April 21, 2009, evening: Conference Dinner

Wednesday, April 22, 2009:
- registration
- technical sessions: oral presentations, parallel in two lecture halls
- technical sessions: poster session 2 (also plenary visit to posters late afternoon)

Thursday, April 23, 2009:

Oral presentations

Regular oral presentations: 15 minutes (suggested 11 + 4 min discussion/questions)
Invited oral presentations: 30 minutes (suggested 25 + 5 min discussion/questions)

Outline of poster sessions

The poster presentations will be organized as follows:
1) there will be two poster sessions, each two days long:
    - poster session 1: Monday-Tuesday (20-21 April)
    - poster session 2: Wednesday-Thursday (22-23 April)
2) the posters will be posted for display in the morning of the first day of a session (Monday 20 April, or Wednesday 22 April);
3) the posters are on display in the same space as the coffee break;
4) each of the two poster sessions will have a plenary visit to posters, when there will be no oral presentations at the same time. The plenary visit (2 hours long) will be late afternoon, with free beer and soft drinks.

The maximum size of the posters is A0 (width about 0.90 m, height about 1.20 m). The posters should be prepared in vertical (portrait) direction.
