Cancelations

Only written cancellations to the Conference Secretariat (ITC Travel & Conference) will be considered. Cancellations of participation at the Conference, accommodation and optional services are subject to the following cancellation conditions:

Before June 30, 2010 10% of the payment received, bank charges will be charged to the participant
July 1 – August 11, 2010 25% of the payment received, bank charges will be charged to the participant
After August 12, 2010 no refunds for cancellations after this date

Changes

Changes in booked and confirmed services can only be made with the Conference Secretariat (ITC Travel & Conference), and in writing.
