Call for abstract

The Congress Organizing Committee is pleased to invite you to submit an abstract for consideration for the TOXCON 2020.

Instructions for Authors:

The abstract written in English not exceeding 350 words (abstract body text) must be submitted via the online form as a MS Word file. Text of the abstract should not be structured and the use of References is highly discouraged.

Abstract title should be short and informative, and must not exceed 200 characters. It has to be written in "upper case" letters using Arial font size 12 in boldface. In the next line, the author's family name followed by the initials should be typed. The name of the presenting author should be underlined. The following lines are for the author's affiliation indicated in italic Arial font size 12. The names of the Institution, Department, City, and Country are sufficed. In case of multiple affiliations number them (use an upper index) and use a semi-colon between them. For the typing of a body text use Arial font size 11, single spacing and no word hyphenation. Hard returns are allowed only for paragraph separation. The text should not be structured and the use of References is discouraged. We kindly ask authors to adhere to the "template" for the Abstract attached below.

All participants of the TOXCON 2020 conference agree that by their Registration and Abstract submission comply with the policy on the collection and protection of the personal data in line with the EU GDPR regulations.

Data will be collected for purposes linked to the organization of the TOXCON 2020 conference only. All data handling will be in accordance with the EU data protection laws and regulations. Collected data may also be used for communication related to the TOXCON 2020 and future TOXCON events.

Any conference participant may at any time requests information on her/his data stored and the purpose of data storage and processing. To do so, an eligible person should contact chair of the Organizing Committee at hodek@natur.cuni.cz.
