A public IP address will only be assigned to computers that meet the conditions for public IP address allocation. These conditions are:

The undersigned acknowledges that there is no entitlement to a public IP address, and it can be revoked at any time. Furthermore, the network administrator may, for technical and organizational reasons, restrict traffic on the public IP to a specific set of ports and protocols.
If a computer with a public address becomes the subject of complaints from external networks due to a law violation or hacking, the public address will be revoked, and the computer can only be operated with a private address.
If the Principles of Operation and Use of IT at the Faculty of Science or any of these additional rules are violated, the computer will only be allowed to operate with a private address, and the public one will be revoked. Sanctions for violations are listed in the Principles of Operation and Use of IT at the Faculty of Science, Charles University.
If the request is approved, the address will be assigned within 3 working days.
