In September 2023, two members of our group actively participated in the Bayreuth Polymer Symposium 2023 (BPS ’23). University town Bayreuth in Germany hosted the 18th edition of this polymer conference held at the local university. Michaela Va\u0148kov\u00e1 and David \u0160orm, both PhD. students, presented their poster communications, shared recently achieved scientific results and discussed on many hot polymer topics. Several eminent scientists in the field of polymer chemistry gave lectures at the conference, including K. Matyjaszewski, M. Antonietti, E. Samulski, E.W. Meijer and many others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Both our ambassadors were convinced that BPS does not only stand for the Bayreuth Polymer Symposium but also for the Beer, Pretzels and Sausages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
