  2. E-mail <\/strong>\u2013 we send technical information and event announcement to users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Phone<\/strong> \u2013 we collect phone number to be able to contact user immediately when necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Status<\/strong> \u2013 we collect the member status as we are often forced to report this to funding agencies.
    You may choose to be Scientist, Ph.D. student, Masrter\u2019s student, Bachelor\u2019s student or Other.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Perun users unique persistent identificator<\/strong> \u2013 used to uniquely distinguish user in our systems.
    This is generated automatically during registration procedure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. UK\u010cO<\/strong> \u2013 Charles University identification number for employees and students is collected for door
    access setup.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Charles University login name<\/strong> \u2013 collected to set up access to internal systems and servers in the
    PRFUK domain.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Affiliation information<\/strong> \u2013 membership to particular laboratory and other hierarchical structure in
    the institution is necessary for correct billing. We collect details about Organization, Institution,
    Department and Laboratory. First two and last two hierarchical structure of your Organization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Workplace address<\/strong> \u2013 we collect also workplace address to be able to contact your laboratory via
    mail and find more details if necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. PI (Principal Investigator) name and email<\/strong> \u2013 we need to know the responsible person for
    billing purposes and users access agreement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. Requested Services<\/strong> \u2013 you are choosing requested VMCF services and we automatically assign
