With several successful years of training under our belt, this course is designed for researchers at every level. You will work hands-on with state-of-the-art tools such as <strong>Napari<\/strong> for interactive visualization, <strong>Cellpose<\/strong> for robust segmentation, and <strong>TrackMate<\/strong> for precise tracking. In addition, the workshop covers advanced microscopy techniques, including <strong>mesoSPIM<\/strong> imaging, deconvolution methods, and single molecule localization microscopy data analysis using <strong>ThunderSTORM<\/strong>. Through a series of practical exercises, live demonstrations, and guided workflow testing, you will build, optimize, and troubleshoot bioimage analysis pipelines tailored to your research challenges.
