Meeting Fees
The 2009 meeting should not involve any fees.cThe participants themselves cover travel expenditure and food. Light refreshment will be available during sessions.

Presentations & Abstracts
In order to introduce your research, field of interest and contemporary projects to the other participiants of IBM, a short oral contribution (20 minutes + 10 minutes discussion, invited lessons can be longer) is expected to be presented during the meeting. Contributions aimed at immature stages of beetles should be focused on morphology, taxonomy and bionomy but they can also be related to broader problems involving immature stages of beetles. At the time of the IBM, every participiant will receive an unformal booklet with abstracts to all presented contributions. The abstracts will be published oficially in December 2009 as a special part of Acta Entomologica Musei Nationalis Pragae. Every author will receive 3 offprints of the officialy published abstract and the PDF file with abstracts to all presented lectures. s
