Accommodation in Prague during the conference

The organizers can arrange your accommodation in Student´s accommodation facilities of Charles University in Prague (also known as "koleje") if you request it prior May 31. The number of rooms is limited and Accommodation is based on a first come first serve basis.
If you want to be accommodated in this accommodation facility, please use our Registration form or inform us via e-mail: ctccnatur.cuni.cz or psmejkalnatur.cuni.cz. In the e-mail, please, indicate your name, participant's ID, duration of your stay, whether you prefer double room with someone you know (please, write his/her name) or double room without knowing the sharing person).

The payment can be made together with conference fee (see Important dates and Conference fees) or directly on conference site at registration desk.

The accommodation in a different hotel than Students accommodation facilities of Charles University has to be arranged by each participant himself. Accommodation is usually based on a first come first serve basis, also note that the September is still the peak season in Prague, so please book your accommodation as soon as possible!

Check-in to the hotels is usually after 14:00, check-out before 11:00. Nevertheless, the check-in and check-out times are dependent on a season and the hotel and can be available at webpage of the hotel or at hotel reception.
