VISA
Anyone who is a registered participant and needs a visa should contact the organizing committee to obtain the formal letter of invitation.
The process of obtaining the visa could be rather long (at least 1 month). The organizers are not legally able to provide "official invitation form certified by the Immigration and Border Police" required by the §27 of the Czech Law No. 326/1999 Sb., section (1), letter (c-d), which, however, could be replaced (the same citation and an advice from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic) by the certificate of the employer that they cover travel, subsistence and other connected expenses of the participant.
