New paper: delimiting the Prague Metropolitan Area

A new paper co-authored by Martin Ouředníček, Jiří Nemeškal, Petra Špačková, Martin Hampl and Jakub Novák was published in Journal of Maps. The paper applies a synthetic approach to the delimitation of metropolitan areas by combining traditional commuting data from the population census with alternative approaches. Implemented in response to a request from city’s planning authority, the article focusses on the Czech capital city of Prague.
