Průhonice Castle is located in Průhonice in the Praha-Západ (West) district, together with Průhonický Park form a national cultural monument and part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site. In the castle is located the Botanical Institute of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, which manages it. On the ground floor of the castle, there are exhibitions focusing on the history of the castle and the park, the development of garden art, the presentation of art, science and research.
