Accommodation

The following accommodation is available for Goldschmidt2011 delegates in Prague. Early booking is strongly recommended.

Student Hostels
Single rooms at 25€ per night have been reserved especially for Goldschmidt2011 delegates. Facilities include shared kitchen (with hob and fridge) and bathroom. The student hostels are located 20 to 30 minutes from the Convention Centre by public transport. All bookings for student hostels must be finalised and fully paid by June 30th 2011. Any unpaid bookings at this point will be cancelled. All delegates booked into the student hostels will receive full instructions for checking in, maps, etc. after 30th June.

Hotels (via web booking)
A list of recommended hotels is given below. Those wishing to view other hotels may do so using the Opodo form on the right. Opodo will provide the conference with some funds to support student attendance for each room booked. The Opodo form may also be used to search for cheap flights. Please note, prices are in GBP, but can be paid by any credit card. As always, early booking is advisable.

The following list of hotels (see map) have either offered a "Goldschmidt" rate, which is a discount off the "walk in" rate and must be booked directly or a discount if you book by clicking the link after the name. Please mention the "Goldschmidt Conference" when booking, if booking directly.

There are no rooms block booked for delegates in these hotels and once these hotels are fully booked the conference will not be adding any further names to the list. This list is provided solely as a service to delegates. The responsibility for booking, confirming, and paying for accommodation rests solely with the delegate.
