Instructions for authors
Oral presentation
The time for oral presentation is limited to 20 minutes (15 minutes for presentation + 5 minutes for discussion). The Data Projector (connected with PC), Overhead Projector and DVD player are available in the lecture room. Other presentation equipments should be discussed with the organizing committee in advance. The lecture hall also allows chemical experiments demonstration; so if you are interested in, please contact the organizing committee beforehand.
Poster presentation
The poster boards are approximately 1 m wide and 1.4 m high. The poster section will be located in a corridor near the lecture hall.
The conference proceedings
All participants of the conference are invited to submit their contribution for publication in peer-reviewed conference proceedings. The proceedings will be published in printed as well as electronic form and ISBN labeled.
The language of the contribution should be Czech, Slovak, Polish or English. But an approximately 100 words long summary written in English, describing content of your contribution, should be placed at the end of the manuscript.
The manuscript must be prepared using the template (please download the template here). The proceedings will be printed on the page of A5 size. Tables and illustrations should be placed in the text of the manuscript. All illustrations will be printed in grayscale. Figures and tables should be completely labeled. Total manuscript length should not exceed 4 pages (including figures/tables, references and English summary); i.e. about 10 000 characters (with spaces, but without figures/tables).
Please, submit your manuscript before July 31, 2008 to ctcc
natur.cuni.cz Use your ID (obtained during registration procedure) as the name of the file + your surname (e.g. 888888_Novak.doc). The scientific committee will review the submitted contributions send you the decision and proofs before August 31, 2008.
