Technical requirements on oral/poster presentations

Oral presentation:
Your oral presentation should be in PowerPoint (max. file size 100 MB) and should take max. 12 min. Bring your presentation on USB stick to the venue, and upload it under the assistance of organizers to computer before your session.

Poster presentation:
Your poster must be in A0 size with portrait orientation (max. width x max. height = 841 x 1189 mm).

Personal attendance during the whole poster session required!

Call for Papers

Since 5th January 2015 we would like to invite for participation in IGSC 2015 technical program. Please keep in mind that between 5th January 2015 and 24th February 2015 sending the abstract is an obligatory part of the registration. Abstract submission deadline is 13th May 2015.

Notifications about acceptance or rejection of your abstract can be expected approximately one month after receiving it by the committee. All questions regarding technical program can be sent to the technical program manager, Petr Taborik, igsc6abstracts@email.cz.

For preparing your abstract use the attached template. Read it carefully. Maximum size of your abstract can be two pages in length including maximal two figures. Your work should be consistent with one of the four IGSC 2015 Themes. It should be easily readable, in proper English, containing completed research at the time of submission.

Abstract submission is part of the registration process (Registration >> Registration & Abstracts). Please prepare your abstract in pdf format prior the registration. You will indicate the presenter and your preferred way of presenting – oral or poster during the registration process.
