International Symposium on Zeolites and MicroPorous Crystals 2024 and post-ZMPC2024 School

Mariya has attended the International Symposium on Zeolites and MicroPorous Crystals 2024 on July 21-25 in Osaka, Japan.
The symposium brought together >350 participants from all over the world to promote the fundamental and applied studies on microporous, mesoporous, and layered materials.

In her talk, Mariya presented previously unattainable shape-selective Sn-zeolites created by iADOR synthesis approach within ENforCE project.

The following post-ZMPC2024 School was organized by the Japan Zeolite Association on July 25-27 in Kyoto with the aim to provide young researchers, who have recently begun studying zeolites and related materials, with the fundamental knowledge on porous solids.

Mariya was invited to deliver the plenary lecture on the emerging FT-IR spectroscopic techniques for the characterization of porous materials and unraveling their functionality.

Further working meetings held were marked by the exceptional hospitality extended by the hosts – Prof. Mori, Prof. Kuwahara, Prof. Yamashita (Osaka university), Prof. Tsunoji (Hiroshima University), Prof. Okubo (Tokyo university), who ensured a welcoming and productive atmosphere for all participants.
