Accommodation in Prague during the conference

The organizers can arrange your accommodation in Hotels Krystal and/or Masarykova kolej if you request it prior May 28 , in the case of hotel Krystal, a discount of about 11 Euro per night is offered. The hotel Masarykova kolej is a part of complex where the conference is held, the hotel Krystal is located about 10 minutes (by tram) from the conference site. The number of rooms is limited and Accommodation is based on a first come first serve basis. If you want to be accommodated in one of these hotels, please, inform the organizers by e-mail to eurovarietynatur.cuni.cz or psmejkalnatur.cuni.cz . In the e-mail, please, indicate your name, participant's ID, duration of your stay and room type (and whether you prefer single room, double room with someone you know (please, write his/her name) or double room without knowing the sharing person). The payment can be made together with conference fee (see Important dates and Conference fees) or directly on conference site at registration desk.

The accommodation in a different hotel than the Hotel Krystal or Masarykova kolej has to be arranged by each participant himself. Accommodation is usually based on a first come first serve basis, also note the July is the peak season in Prague, so please book your accommodation as soon as possible!
