How to register

Each participant is allowed a maximum of one presentation. Please register first for the CATference, by providing the title of your presentation, a short abstract, and the names, affiliations and email addresses of all authors. All abstracts will be reviewed by the CATference Organizing Committee prior to acceptance. Acceptance will be notified via e-mail by the end of March 2015.

The submission deadline has been reached on March 10. 

 

Important dates  

• Registration opens:  6 January 2015

• Submission of abstracts + registration deadline:  extended until 10 March 2015

• Confirmation of acceptance of papers: 31 March 2015

• Payment due: 15 May 2015 (early bird) / 15 July 2015 (regular)

 

Conference fees (early bird)

Basic - regular participant: 160 EUR

Basic - PhD-student: 120 EUR

Full including excursion - regular participant: 250 EUR

Full including excursion - PhD-student: 210 EUR

 

Conference fees (standard)

Basic - regular participant: 190 EUR

Basic - PhD-student: 150 EUR

Full including excursion - regular participant: 280 EUR

Full including excursion - PhD-student: 240 EUR

 

The basic fee includes participation the workshop, three lunches in the conference venue, coffee breaks, excursion in Prague with dinner and ticket to Prague public transportation for the whole period of CATference. In addition to the basic fee, the full fee includes an excursion to Northern Bohemia. Its cost covers transportation by bus, accommodation for one night and a dinner.
