We warmly welcome two new group members: Francesco Marotta, new PhD student from October, will study intra-annual growth responses of trees at the treeline to climate using wood anatomy and modeling as part of the GACR treeline project. Eunice Romero, new postdoc from November, will investigate drought resistance in wood anatomical features of seedlings at high elevations. We look forward to working together!
