MB170P54 Human ethology

The course is intended to introduce the field investigating biologic aspects of human behaviour. Human ethology studies human psyche using natural science approach and evolutionary framework. Explained are concepts of classical ethology as well as related disciplines such as sociobiology, evolutionary psychology and behavioural ecology. During the course movies on non-verbal communication are displayed. The course is leaded both in form of the lectures as well as discussions on controversial issues.
